Public Notice – All Tenn. Paws LLC

Notice is hereby given that the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Air Pollution Control Board will receive public comments upon the application for the installation of the following air pollutant source in Hamilton County, TN.

All Tenn. Paws LLC has proposed to install two new pet cremation systems at 4200 N. Access Road, Chattanooga, TN. Annual air pollutant emissions resulting from the operation of this equipment are estimated to be no more than 3.08 tons of nitrogen oxides, 1.43 tons of sulfur dioxide, 1.25 tons of carbon monoxide, 1.02 tons of particulate matter (PM), 0.67 ton of hydrogen chloride, and 0.20 ton of volatile organic compounds (VOC). The emissions of PM and VOC from each pet cremation system will
be controlled by an afterburner. Questions may be directed to Austin Terrell, Bureau Engineer, at 423.643.5990. Materials concerning this proposed permitting action may be inspected in person or
online beginning at 4:30 p.m. EDT, Thursday, April 4, 2024.

    Written comments on this proposed permitting action or requests for a public hearing concerning it should be mailed or delivered to the Bureau Executive Director at the above address. Comments or requests must be received by 4:30 p.m. EDT, Monday, May 6, 2024, to be considered in the proposed permitting action. If a public hearing is requested, notice of the date, time, and location of the hearing will be posted on the Bureau’s website, apcb.org, by Thursday, May 9, 2024.
